‍Paris, March 5, 2025 - Comet takes a decisive step forward in its CSR commitment: following on from ISO 20121 and its Ecovadis rating, in 2025 the company joins the B Corp community, a label recognized worldwide for its high standards in terms of social and environmental impact.

‍Astructured, constantly evolving commitment

In 2023, Comet launched Teamworld, its first pro bono project dedicated to the public interest. Today, the company continues its commitment by obtaining the B Corp label, a major recognition that crowns several years of transformation.

Since its creation in 2016, Comet has had to deal with challenges linked to its development and to economic and health hazards. While ecological responsibility was a preoccupation, it could only become a priority from 2021 onwards, with the consolidation of its growth and the structuring of its CSR commitments.

"Joining the B Corp community is not an end in itself, but a decisive step. We want to demonstrate that it is possible to organize events differently, minimizing their impact while maximizing their collective utility. It's a strong signal for our sector, and we hope to inspire other players to take the same path." Romina Maillochaud, Chief of Experience at Comet.

‍BCorp, a demanding global label

The name is now known the world over, but what's really behind it?

B Corp focuses on 5 pillars: Governance, Community, Environment, Customers and Employees. A 360° label that encompasses most of today's concerns.

Governance - B Corp evaluates the company's transparency, ethics and organization, including employee commitment and financial control.

Community - Economic and social impact is analyzed through supplier policies, local commitment and integration initiatives.

Environment - Water, waste and energy management, as well as the impact on biodiversity, are all taken into account, depending on the business sector.

Customers - B Corp recognizes companies that manage their customers responsibly and whose products have a positive impact on health.

Employees - Employee well-being is assessed in terms of satisfaction, health, financial security and career prospects.
