Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card (distance selling with our accounting team), AMEX, bank transfer, direct debit or cheque.

What are your terms and conditions of sale?

We have set up a "Postponement Insurance" option enabling you to benefit (for a fee corresponding to 10% of the total amount of your quote) from a postponement free of charge up to D-3 (or D-15 for larger events). Please contact your Meeting or Event Scientist to find out more about our terms and conditions.

Why use the Cosmos platform directly rather than contacting us?

The advantage of the platform is that it gives you real-time visibility of our availability on the date and at the location envisaged for your event - availability that we can't bring forward during our telephone conversations. The idea is to save you time, make things run more smoothly and simply! But don't worry, our Meeting Scientists are always available to answer any questions you may have via the platform's chat, e-mail or telephone.

How do I create my Cosmos customer account?

It's very simple: just go to the Cosmos platform directly on our website, fill in your personal/professional details in just a few seconds and your account is created.

What is Comet's CSR approach? 📣

Yes, we're still a young company, but CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) has been in our DNA since the very beginning. CSR, DNA, that's a lot of acronyms... Let's be concrete! Here's a (non-exhaustive) list of our commitments to sustainability and respect for the environment:

  • We offer healthy, balanced food every day (and always made with love by our chefs). 🍅
  • We're fighting food waste by giving surplus food a second life thanks to our partnership with the Linkee association. 🗑
  • Our iconic furniture is patented and designed in a French workshop. 🇫🇷
  • Sorting and recycling materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, glass...) are part of our daily lives. 📦
  • Carafes of Castalie micro-filtered water (still and sparkling?) and paper cups are present in each of our meeting rooms. 💦
  • Each reservation is made directly via our digital Docusign tool. Paper is so 2010. ⌨

Who are Wellness Officers? 🧘‍♀🧘‍♂

Our team of Wellness Officers is a team of professionals trained in yoga techniques applied to the world of work. Their mission is to enhance your study days (or half-days) with a unique sensory experience developed in-house.

What is Wellness at Comet? 🤔

Wellness at COMET is a state of mind that we want to encourage: to feel good about yourself and the group, to get the most out of our collective work. At Comet, we offer you Wellness sessions: sessions led by our Wellness Officers, true wellness coaches, who combine simple movements, breathing exercises and short meditations.
The aim?
Boost your participants' productivity and creativity! These sessions are accessible and suitable for everyone, and you can take advantage of them at any time during your study day. We also offer tailor-made sessions (30, 45 or 60 minutes) in addition to the 15-minute session included in your package. See our full brochure HERE

How can I benefit from my 15-minute Wellness "discovery session"? 🎁

To experience all the benefits of a Wellness session at your meeting, ask your dedicated Meeting Scientist. He or she will set aside 15 minutes at your convenience during the day for a free discovery session with one of our Wellness Officers.

Are your products fresh? 🌱

We work hand in hand with our partners to offer you a range of products that respect the environment and the seasons, for all our catering services (breakfast, lunch, snack breaks, as well as our various cocktail formulas).

What is included in the turnkey restoration package? 🥕

We offer a complete catering service throughout the day:

  • Breakfast: We offer an all-you-can-eat buffet with pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat, raisin bread, etc.), fruit salads, fresh cheese and jams, muesli and cereals of all kinds, hot drinks (coffee, cappuccino, and other sweets), homemade detox waters, fresh fruit juices, cakes, toast and fresh bread, etc.
  • Lunch in the form of a sit-down buffet: products from local producers: fresh, seasonal produce is the order of the day, every day! To cater for all diets, we offer an assortment of starters and a choice of 3 main courses (fish 🐟, meat 🥩 or vegetarian 🥦). Of course, we haven't forgotten gourmands, offering a variety of cheeses and desserts to round off lunch. We've set up two catering slots to make service as fluid as possible. You can choose between : 12h15 to 13h15 or 13h30 to 14h30.
  • Snack breaks: throughout the day, your participants will also have free access to coffee machines and cold drinks (accompanied by a few delicacies).
Where will I have lunch? 👀

We know how important catering is to a day's meetings. So lunch will take place in our common areas reserved for catering. We allocate a space to each group. It's a bit like a restaurant after all! The idea is to encourage a convivial, "entre-soi" moment, while learning about new ways of working inspired by coworking, where the atmosphere is one of sharing 🙂

I'm allergic to this or that product: what can I do? 🙅‍♂

If you have any special dietary requirements, please let your dedicated Meeting Scientist know. We'll do our best to adapt your menu accordingly.

Will I be accompanied on the D-day of my event at Comet sites? 🤝

Of course! Meetings are our core business, and we'll be with you every step of the way. Our operational teams are on hand throughout your event to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need to have a great day.
On each site, the team consists of :

  • Our Station Director: our site managers
  • Our Experience Managers: in charge of making sure your day runs smoothly, they're on hand to take care of your participants.
  • Our Technical Experts: they accompany you as you set up in the room, and are available at all times to help you get to grips with the equipment.
  • Our Wellness Officer: in charge of leading your wellness session, a sequence of yoga, breathing and meditation movements to brighten up your day.
What equipment can I find in your rooms? 📣

Our spaces have been designed with your meetings in mind. Our rooms are fully equipped and include :

  • Technical: video projector, remote control for slides, tablet, sound system, microphone for large rooms, videoconferencing system for certain rooms.
  • Creativity: Velleda board, flipchart, Post-It notes (small, medium and large), pencils, felt pens, Stabilos, notebooks, timer, scissors, tape, stapler etc...
  • Furniture: 100% modular, we have all the furniture you need (sofas, armchairs, chairs, work & coffee tables, Fatboy etc.).
Are your premises accessible for people with reduced mobility? 👐

All our premises comply with ERP (Etablissement Recevant du Public) standards. We have put in place a number of measures to make our facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), including an accessible main entrance, an adapted reception area and access to the upper floors of our premises.

If I want a package delivered before my event, how does this work? 📦

It's perfectly possible to deliver a parcel before the big day: just let your dedicated contact know the address of your chosen Comet location. Our teams will take care of receiving everything! Our Comet Coeur Défense site is unique in that the request must be made at least 48 hours before the date of your event.
Be sure to indicate the name of your company and your event.

What are the timetables for a meeting day? Can I extend it? ⏰

For a standard meeting day, the rooms are reserved for you from 8am to 6pm.
However, depending on your wishes and constraints, we offer half-day packages (8am-12:30pm or 2pm-6pm).
Of course, if you wish to stay longer with us and extend your study day, you will be asked to pay a supplement of 10€HT per participant and per hour.

What are the opening hours? 🚪

All our venues are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, but also in the evenings for afterworks and parties. We can also (exceptionally!) host weekend events on request.

What should I do if I encounter a technical problem in my venue? 🔧

No need to panic! Our technical experts are on hand at all times to support you during your meetings and solve any technical problems in real time.

Do Comet locations have a special status? 🤔

Comet premises have ERP status, which means that our buildings, in their design and equipment, are fully authorized to receive the public. This implies very strict obligations in terms of safety, fire evacuation and accessibility.
Worth knowing:
- Appropriate alarm, emergency and safety systems
- Posted evacuation plans
- Equipment (gas, heating, ventilation) to guarantee safety
- Regular inspections by the town hall or prefecture
- Accessibility requirements to enable full autonomy for people with reduced mobility
- Opening hours and presence of the public, a member of our Comet staff must be present on the premises at all times
- Being an "ERP" is an official and legal status: it categorizes premises open to the public and is granted under the control of the Préfecture de Police.

Where can I find a hotel near my meeting venue? 🛌

We've thought of everything to make your visit as easy as possible: we've partnered with the hotels closest to our sites, so you can travel as little as possible and arrive safely at Comet 🙂

Are pets allowed on the premises? 🐾

Unfortunately, our 4-legged friends are not accepted on our sites.

I forgot something after my meeting/event. Who should I contact? 🕵‍♂

No need to worry. You can get in touch with your dedicated Meeting Scientist so that he/she can ask our on-site operational teams if they've found your forgotten item.

Do you have storage space to retrieve my equipment later? 🛍

Of course you can! You can have your parcels delivered to any of our sites by notifying your dedicated Meeting Scientist. We'll keep them safe in our storage facilities. Packages will be delivered directly to your rooms on D-day.

Can I bring my own alcohol to a party at Comet?

At Comet, we offer a range of drinks at your discretion, including beer, wine, soft drinks, champagne and hard liquor. But if you'd like to bring your own bottles, you can do so for a corkage fee. To find out more, contact us at event@comet.team

Can I organize a party with my own caterer?

At Comet, we work with approved catering partners. They know our venues, our customers and our requirements inside out! So put your trust in us, we'll be able to concoct a tailor-made cocktail reception to meet your expectations 😋 ! For further information, please contact us at event@comet.team

Is it possible to organize a dance party, and until what time?

Of course, you can extend your cocktail party with an evening of dancing, as our DJ will set the mood on the dancefloor to the delight of your guests 🕺! Would you like to dance the night away? Make us a bespoke request, end times depend on our venues but usually we close no later than 2am for the respect of our beloved neighbors.
