In summer 2025, Comet reinvents and opens its new restaurant: La Table du chef Meliava.

After designing the kitchens of some of France's most prestigious establishments (ex-Ritz, Fouquet's), Chef Vakhtang Meliava has reinvented the restaurant offering, making it a pillar of the Comet experience. An offer conceived by our chef, where authenticity, creativity and gourmandise become the rule.

Whatever the era, the table has always been a place for exchange, sharing and conviviality par excellence.
We have imagined a gourmet cuisine, made with nearly 70% French products, from sustainable agriculture and our terroirs: the best of the simple.

In the dining room as in the kitchen, our experienced brigade is animated by the same attentions as in traditional catering, the hotel business or haute gastronomy.

Catering for top-of-the-range events, Fleur de Mets offers gourmet, creative and responsible cuisine, and has become an ISO 20121-certified Mission company.
