Comet announces the recruitment of four new talents to support its expansion

‍Cometrecently announced positive financial results and an acceleration of its development in Europe. To strengthen its offering, support its growth and increase its visibility, the company has recruited new talent in the fields of communications, marketing, product design and sales. The face of "working together" places is changing, and HR decision-makers and corporate real-estate managers need to be more aware of this fact, which varies from country to country. In addition to its range of meeting spaces, Comet wishes to share a whole philosophy of workspaces, and it is with this ambition in mind that it is strengthening the skills of its team.

Claire du Boislouveau, Head of Communications - A specialist in international communications for startups

A graduate of the University of Amsterdam and Neoma Business School (Reims), Claire du Boislouveau was soon involved in public relations, first with IBM and then Accenture, before joining the Oxygen and RumeurPublique agencies to serve international tech clients. She then turned her attention to global communications strategy for startups, joining Bpifrance Le Hub - the gas pedal for startups invested by Bpifrance - as Media and External Startups Manager. With her team, she contributes to the support of nearly 250 French startups. She will become the incubator's Head of Communications at the beginning of 2021, and will work on structuring the brand and raising its profile in the ecosystem. AtComet, Claire du Boislouveau's new mission is to nurture and enhance the brand's identity in its various countries of operation, to give it legibility and visibility, to help accelerate the company's development.

Laure Cavalié, Head of Sales, Corporate & Institutional Relations - International development expert and link facilitator

With an MBA in Finance from EM Lyon, Laure began her career in 2010 as Associate Director at UBS Bank in Madrid, where she focused on developing the asset portfolio of over 300 customers, while working to improve customer service and team productivity. She joined ADVANS, one of the world's leading microcredit providers, in Accra (Ghana) as Sales Project Manager in 2016. Her mission was to improve methods and processes for sales activities. Still in Ghana, she joined Société Générale, to head up the MultinationalCorporations division. She returns to Madrid in 2021 as Private Banker and Project Manager with the investment company Welzia. At Comet, as Head of Sales, Laure brings her experience in building sales teams in an international context, as well as the power of her relational network. In particular, she played an active role in the launch and development of Comet Retiro, Comet's first location in Spain, drawing on her knowledge of the local economic environment and the specific features of this market.

‍CharlesBuseyne, Head of Products - Designer of the ideal customer experience

Charles Buseyne brings to Comet almost 20 years' experience in optimizing solutions and products, particularly in the travel and tourism sectors. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC, he began his career with AirFrance, where he stayed for 13 years, working on Air France and KLM offers, and very specifically on strengthening e-commerce solutions for customers of both airlines. He then took up the position of Senior Product Manager at KDS (Neo TechnologyGroup). Guided by the conviction that technical progress can always bring users greater comfort and a richer experience, he joined Egencia (Expedia Group) in 2018 as Global Product Director. There, he pilots the transformation of the booking offer, with the implementation of a new booking platform for customers worldwide. At Comet, Charles Buseyne will draw on all this expertise to optimize the product strategy and bring simplicity, fluidity and flexibility to the offering. His mission also includes enhancing the quality of the customer experience before, during and after booking.

Thibault Deméocq, Head of Growth - Digital marketing to accelerate sales

After graduating from IESEG in marketing & entrepreneurship, Thibault Deméocq joined the Jumia Group in 2014 (Rocket Internet Group), and cut his teeth in digital marketing and growth marketing. He notably held the position of Traffic Manager for Artsper, before joining freelancing platform Malt in 2019. Thibault is a true explorer of digital marketing possibilities, and has extensive experience in digital marketing, with a specialization in data management. As Head of Growth at Comet Meetings, he will activate all the levers available in his discipline to support business growth. This includes improving processes as well as implementing new tools and systems.
