Hybridization and office peaks: the new challenge for companies

> 2.5 days: that's how much time employees now spend at their main office, and 2.1 days in ancillary offices or third places (1). Fragmentation of spaces is becoming the rule, and companies need solutions in line with their uses.

> For managers and HR directors, one of the new HR challenges lies in redefining the real estate experience for their employees, and the predictability of organic, organizational and exceptional team variations in the workplace.56% of managers (1) believe that offices are essential to reenchanting the employee experience.

‍Thequote to remember : " Traditional offices are organized around a 70/30 distribution of space , with a huge priority given to individual workstations. This balance is no longer compatible with the needs arising from hybridization. To meet these challenges, Comet is proposing a new balance, moving towards a 30/70 offer, with the majority of space allocated to areas dedicated to the meeting, collaboration and socialization experience ", explains Victor Carreau, CEO of Comet Meetings.
