With its Comet Hospitality offer, Comet aims to provide a complete solution for companies faced with the new equations posed by office space. The function of offices has changed considerably since the pandemic, as flex-office has become commonplace. This is all the more true for commercial real estate professionals. It is no longer enough to provide a single location: a service offering is now essential to guarantee added value. Comet's innovative offering meets all the new expectations of companies. With Comet Hospitality, Comet designs, builds and manages spaces dedicated to business collaboration and socialization that fully embrace the codes of the hotel business, offering a wide range of services and enabling companies to customize the services on request. In this way, Comet helps office real estate professionals increase the value of their offer.
For this cooperation with LaSalle, Comet has put all its expertise at its disposal, as Victor Carreau, its CEO , explains: "With Comet Hospitality, we support our customers and work with them to develop a new proposal for work and meeting spaces that meets their growing needs for service, assistance and flexibility. Our Hospitality offer is also a solution of choice for our customers in a context of market downturn: through the excellence of our spaces and services, they preserve the rental value of their assets."
"ALTO has been developed with the aim of offering a unique range of services in the workplace. Comet's services will make the daily lives of the tower's users even more unique, as they discover an experience that anticipates the office of the future. ALTO is positioned as an attractive solution in response to a real demand for new types of space: places to blossom in a setting that contributes to professional performance by combining conviviality and entertainment," comments David Machut, Director of Asset Management at LaSalle France.
The 1500 m2 Comet-operated space includes 6 meeting rooms, a relaxation/gaming area, a restaurant/bar area and a 200 m2 outdoor terrace at the top of the tower. ALTO has been conceived as a "vertical village" at the center of which the "Oasis Inattendue" encourages conviviality and socialization.
Comet is also responsible for the operational management of services on the tower's 5th floor, covering an area of 1,100 m2: Auditorium, Business Center, Foyer and VIP Lounge.
For the record, the ALTO Tower is home to Alpiq, AT&T, Avis, B2V Gestion, BNP Paribas RealEstate Property Management, Bureau Veritas, Fortinet, Fujitsu, Heidelberg Cement, Médiaperformances, Pandora, Optimind, Software AG, a Dubble restaurant on the first floor and a major French luxury goods house.
The space operated by Comet occupies the entire 37th floor of ALTO. Particular attention has been paid to the space and its function, to bring an atmosphere of conviviality and warmth to what could be perceived as an overly mineral surface, particularly in terms of its terrace. As in every Comet location, a theme runs through the space; here, it's that of the Oasis that has been chosen. Comet Alto is reminiscent of the warmth and colors of the Orient, and has a natural, authentic feel to its layout and décor. This new space is innovative and atypical in the landscape of the La Défense district: the desire to make the tower's employees want to meet or work in this space is taken on board. This is all the more true given that the HR challenge is now clear when it comes to commercial real estate: the quality of workspaces and the comfort they offer for time spent together count a great deal when it comes to attracting and retaining talent, and meeting companies' new expectations as effectively as possible.
